Finding ourselves regularly working with London agents and with more business opportunities being offered within the Capital, it was only natural that we should open our new London office with the goal of acquiring and developing land within West and South West London. Crucial to this was James Hemsley re-joining the Landmark team after leaving in 2008, when he worked in the City and then for a residential development firm based in West London.
With our long track record in delivering a high quality residential turnkey properties across the south coast, the London office will be no different. The main emphasis within the Capital will be on the residential sector. We aim to be involved in all stages of the residential cycle from acquiring the land, the planning, design and build, all the way through to sales.
Our team’s broad knowledge of the commercial and leisure sector will also prove to be a valuable asset as we will be involved in mixed use developments. As we have close ties with some of the U.K’s largest commercial operators Landmark will always look at mixed use schemes.
