developments, the company has drawn on the combined expertise of principals Roger and
James Bradley, encompassing a wealth of experience not only in the residential market, but
also in commercial, retail and industrial development and investment.

An architect by profession, Roger Bradley sold his practice to form Landmark Estates with his
son James, himself qualified in Estate Management and widely experienced in the commercial
agency sector. Together, they have guided the company’s steady growth. In 2007 they were joined by Henry Lumby, who brought with him considerable expertise in residential and commercial estate agency.
