ROGER BRADLEY RIBA MAPM
CHAIRMAN
Roger Bradley was trained formally as an architect and gained considerable experience as the founder and principal of his own architectural practice with 60 employees. The practice was the first firm of architects and surveyors to be passed by the Inspectors of the Building Research Establishment for Quality Assurance.
A member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a member of the Association of Project Managers and formerly an associate of the Institute of Environmental Assessment, his breadth of expertise includes numerous major commercial, retail, government and defence projects, regional and local authority projects and a high degree of specialisation in Listed and Historic buildings, upon which he is recognised as an authority.
Identifying a demand in the market for affordable residential development and re-development with production values more normally associated with the prestige property sector, sold his architectural practice in 1999 to set up Landmark Estates with his son, James Bradley.
With an unerring eye for detail, Roger is intimately involved with all Landmark projects from start to finish, Roger Bradley bringing his extensive project management skills to bear at every stage of the process.
