Westcountry Classics, Rosudgeon, Penzance TR20 9QELandmark Estates are delighted to report that their planning application for a replacement convenience store and garage facilities was approved by Cornwall Council, under delegated powers, on 17th October 2019.
Planning Manager, Phil Holdcroft states: “The mixed-use scheme will provide the residents of Rosudgeon with a modern, retail Co-op ‘top-up’ store and also provide West Country Classic Cars with a bespoke car sales, display and repair building. The design, layout and appearance of the approved scheme is a significant improvement on the current on-site arrangements. I was particularly pleased to note that both Parish and Ward Councillors fully endorsed the scheme”.
Head of Acquisitions, Iain Coates said: “The Rosudgeon scheme is a shining example of teamwork. Landmark’s professional team, working with external specialist consultants, the landowner and Council Consultees were able to identify and resolve all technical considerations prior to submission. Once submitted the scheme was promptly approved. It strengthens Landmark Estates’ growing reputation as being able to find new convenience store sites, secure legal and deliver planning approvals”.
