Landmark Estates have submitted planning to the local authority for the conversion of Top O’Town House building in Dorchester. PLANNING APPROVED AUGUST 2018

The building is Grade II Listed and as such Landmark are looking forward to applying our specialist and extensive experience in the conversion of Listed Buildings to bring the vacant building back into everyday use.

The application provides for the conversion of the existing buildings into nine unique and spacious apartments with a new build ‘Gate House’ to be erected in the North Western portion of the site to form a suitable means of enclosure from its current site context.

The proposed apartments are unusually large for a Town Centre location and will benefit from the sensitive restoration of a number of period features. All of the units are to be offered with parking spaces and will be finished to the very highest standard.
