The recently approved Listed Building and detailed planning consent at Devenish House, 49 & 51 Southgate Street, Winchester, is yet another planning success for Landmark Estates. 

This application is one of four, successful Listed Building applications to have been approved at first attempt in 2018, reaffirming our continued ability to appropriately, and indeed efficiently, work with important heritage assets.

Construction work on the Grade II Listed buildings, which will support nine private residential apartments (several with Cathedral Views) and a refurbished freehold office building, is due to start in  2019.
