Landmark Estates have a long and successful history in the leisure and retail sectors, from Imax cinemas, themed bars and restaurants to local convenience stores.  Utilising our close working relationships with a number of national operators, our experienced professional team can quickly appraise both the planning potential and financial viability of a site and move expediently to exchange when required.

Currently we are urgently seeking to acquire freehold buildings and sites in all major UK towns and cities suitable for restaurant and bar use (A3/A4/D2 etc.) providing a minimum ground floor area over of 3000 sq. ft. We would also consider existing operations. In addition we are always looking for suitable projects for convenience stores throughout the South West and South East of England and London and we will gladly consider larger mixed-use schemes. Aside from our proven track record and swift decision making, we offer introducing agents a minimum 3% fee together with generous letting and investment sale fees.
