Landmark Estates has successfully secured planning permission from Cornwall Council for a new Co-op convenience food store and 6 new dwellings at the former Dales Vauxhall Garage, Threemilestone, Cornwall.
James Bradley, Managing Director, says “We are delighted to have, again, been able to work with the Co-op in providing a solution to meet their needs for this area. The scheme is a major, mixed-use development for the area delivering a convenience store of circa 425sqm of retail space, whilst the residential element will help to play a part in delivering much needed family housing to the area”.
Phil Holdcroft, Planning Manager says “Having only secured this site in July, our expert team has worked hard to secure a delegated approval decision so quickly. During the planning process, we have successfully engaged with the local community and stakeholders to allay any concerns and amend specific design details where appropriate. In particular, Landmark will provide a financial contribution to the Council’s Highway Department for the provision of an improved pedestrian crossing”.
Works at the site are scheduled to commence in Spring 2018.
