The unanimously supported site at Maddington Street Shrewton was approved for planning in May 2017 on our first attempt.
The consented scheme utilises c50% of the plot and comprises of a three properties (2 x 3 Bedroom Semi Detached and 1 x Detached House) leaving the donor property in situ.
The success of this scheme was centred around the land teams ability to quickly identify policy compliant sites. Driving the application forward with clear vision and a comprehensive understanding of the local authorities planning requirements, in this instance a robust archaeological and ecological survey.

Another site, High Street, Alton!
The historic Market Town of Alton is located in East Hampshire and has seen a significant rise in residential demand, due to fantastic road and rail links across the South Coast.
Following the success of 36a & 38a High Street Alton it was clear that bespoke, affordable and centrally situated apartments were in High Demand.
The latest site acquired by the land team in Alton will support six apartments and will be bought to the market in Autumn 2017.
